She made her TV debut in Dharkan (2016), where she played the lead character of Areen inverse Adeel Chaudhary and Ghana Ali. She made another appearance in 2017 playing the major character of Arsala in the critically acclaimed production of Khamoshi opposite Bilal Khan, Affan Waheed, and Iqra Aziz. When it first aired, Khamoshi quickly rose to the top of 2017’s most-watched show lineups. It was also nominated for a 2017 Hum Award for Best Drama Serial.
Abbas was assigned to her first film, Parey Hut Luv, directed by Asim Raza, aside from television. August 2019 saw the delivery of the movie. She was cast in Wajahat Rauf’s spoof show Chhalawa opposite Mehwish Hayat and Azfar Rehman in the same year. In the venture, she was paired with her significant other Asad Siddiqui. In the realm of cinema, the two films did well.
